1.A Security, Human Resource and Commercial office building complex comprising a thirty(30) plus offices, a Clinic, conference rooms; underground motor control canter (MCC) and Laboratory for a Waste Water Treatment Plant.
2.A new Utilities Section comprising 160KVA Transformer, 510KVA Automatic Capacitor Bank, 1200KW Standby Generator Sets, Main Distribution Switchboard, Low and High Air- Compressors, Water Treatment Plant, Chiller etc.
3.A new Workshop and Locker Building involving a Garage, Warehouse, Laundry, Sign Writing and Carpentry workshop
4. A Street Lighting
5. Power Supply to a newly constructed Waste Water Treatment Pant
• Supporting the Electrical department in planning, maintenance, breakdown and issues related to production plant instrumentation and automation system.
1. As a Consultant to carry-out Load Analysis of entire Plant to help management make decision on purchasing an Automatic Voltage Regulator, and provided training for the Company Electrical Technicians on industrial electricity and PLC.
2. Supervised the company Electrical Technicians to install phase sequence and voltage monitors on critical machines and carry out preventive maintenance on Variable Frequency Drives
3. Carried out periodic inspection and tests of the entire Plant Electrical systems towards an audit and successfully went through the audit.
1. Successfully provided a solution to a frequent and instant burning of a 30KW Screw Refrigerant Compressor motor and malfunctioning of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) at a Carbon Dioxide Plant.
2. Carried out periodic inspection and tests of the entire Plant Electrical systems towards an audit and successfully went through the audit.
Successfully led a team of 16 Electrical Technicians to install and provide power to the power network comprising 2x 2000A, 33/0.425KV Transformer Substation, Main, Sub-main and final Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers, Lighting within a two-month set target for the Olam Flour Mill in Tema Ghana.
Responsible for General electrical installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting.

• Played a major role in a team to successfully: 1. Re-design and Re-wire various Mechanical workshop, install and commission Sewage and Raw Water
Treatment Plants
2. Lay and terminate all Power Supply Cables at various Man Camps and commissioned them
3. Provide Street lighting for the Mine Site Camps
• Provided a rapid solution to electrical problems on the Mine site
• Explained difficult electrical subjects to the best understanding of the local staff on the job training

• Keeping up planned maintenance and spare list for the entire plant including boilers, pumps, air -compressors, chillers, conveyors, bottle fillers, generators, illumination system, etc.
