Prepare RFI for submission to consultant (SOM‐PACE)
* Preparing and submitting RFI to Consultant and updating in PCM.
* Controlling all incoming and outgoing correspondences and Outlook Emails.
* Support the engineering department with the preparation of quality documentation.
* Coordinate implement and maintain the company’s document control system.
* Checking and filing of quality health and safety environmental documentation.
* Assist in supporting external audits, coordinating activities in backroom and ensuring timely response to
documentation request for auditors.
* Uploading RFI transmittal drawing to PCM System.
* Coordinate to consultant document controller for any queries or modification for the documents.
* Set up project filing system as requested.
* Support accurate management of equipment labeling.
* Promotes the highest standards of quality Health and safety ensure full awareness of compliance with the
requirements of the company QHSE policies
* Submitting Material Submittals / Shop Drawings to Client or Consultant.
* Maintaining monitoring excel tracking for the status of all documents submitted to consultant.
* Inspection to be revised.
* Book binding and laminating of some reports.

7 YEARS
* The preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials, labor and services required in the construction
and equipment of building, or engineering works.
* Preparing & Submitting Daily Reports to Consultant and updating in PMWeb and Aconex.
* Updating all the related documents to design (Design Drawing, Shop Drawings and Technical and Material
Approval) ACONEX.
* Submitting Material Submittals / Shop Drawings to Client or Consultant
* Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
* Controlling the incoming and outgoing letters to the project and keep them updated.
* Controlling all incoming and outgoing correspondences and Outlook Emails.
* Updating all the related documents to design (Design Drawing, Shop Drawings and Technical and Material
Approval) ACONEX.
