Duties and Responsibilities :
• Follow up and monitor the Status of the Project Package from TSD(Technical
Services Division)/CCSD(Central Community Services Division), UD(Utilities
Department), Medical and Office Division, RT(Rastanura) Residential Services
Division or in any designer who handle the proposed project.
• Studies scope of work & specification to plan procedure for project on basis of
starting & completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of the
projects.
• Coordinate with the Project Proponent as well as the incharge of the responsibility
TSD/CCSD/RT Division for further comments and concern for the proposed
project.
• Estimate Materials, tools and Equiptment to be used for each phase of the
project.
• Submit and make a weekly progress report to CCSD/UD /RT Supervisor regarding
the status of the proposed project.
• Check and review the scope of work and the drawing of the proposed project
package.
• Submit &Prepare a Bar Chart for proposed schedule of time, date of start and
completion.
• Prepare work schedules, materials and equipment requesition, Work supervision
and other related activities.
• Update weekly progress report to be submitted to Aramco Project Engr.
• Attend a regular weekly coordination meeting with the Proponent and SAUDI
ARAMCO Engineer regarding the on-going work activities of the project.
• Prepare and submit an RFI ( Request for Inspection) prior to start a new
construction works or in any related works that needs to be inspected from the
Inspection Department.
• Prepare the Agenda and transcribed the minutes of meeting.
• Identify and follow up the Long lead materials supply by the Proponent/ SAUDI
ARAMCO.
• Inspect work in progress with Saudi Aramco Project Engr. To ensure that
workmanship conforms to specificaion and project schedule & monitor the
performance of the workers and the quality of works.
• Monitor regularly safety checklist, housekeeping, and all activities and gadgets
related to safety measures (PPE's).
• Checked Materials submittals and monitor the ETA with Material Engineer for the
early delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Foreman & Inspectors to resolve construction
problem and improve construction methods.
• Confers with and direct foreman & sub-contactors engaged in planning and
executing of work procedures, interpret job specification and coordinate various
phase of construction to avoid delay. Supervised manpower and craftsmen for
proper execution of the activities at site.
• Attend meeting for further notification, revision and changes at the site.
• Prepare &Submit daily manpower strenght, equipment and material used and
cost, adjust work schedule as indicated by report after consultation with Project
Manager.

necessary quality according to the scope of works and specifications.
