• Preparation of resource & cost loaded Schedule for MEP works using Primavera 6.
• Preparation of detailed particulars for Extension of Time Claim.
• Prepare planned vs Actual progress schedule, resource histograms and cash flow curves for the project and forward to management.
• Prepare Weekly & monthly progress report which includes the overall summary of the project, critical issues that could affect project progress, engineering & procurement status, Works progress reports, Look-ahead Programme, Critical Path for the Project, etc.
• Highlight to management potential delays like late and assess the impact to the project and suggest recovery strategies.
• Establishing milestones for the total project.
• Performance analysis using Earned value techniques..
• Create the progress measurement system and monitor works progress, labour and material, along with the productivity system by conducting daily site visits and using daily reports
• Replying to Client’s or Engineer's letters regarding Project Progress or Delays.

Process Knowledge
• Fiber Glass laminate design and layup sequence.
• Hand Layup, Vacuum Bagging, Resin Infusion Process, VARTM.
• Composite Tooling and Design of Moulds, Templates, Jigs and Fixtures etc.
• Spray Painting process and materials.
• Fiber glass & Resin system properties and system selection.

• Managed the Production Facility/capability Development Projects in the Company.
• Designed and configured a conditioned/ clean room for handling fibre glass.
• Designed and Installed static Load Testing apparatus.
• Configured and Installed an Industrial Spray Painting Booth along with accessories like Spray Painting Guns, Compressed Air Filters etc.
• Configured and Installed a Convection heating Oven for Resin Curing and a hot plate for ‘Rohacell’ forming.
• Designed and installed a Pneumatic Equipment - Vacuum Pressure Moulding Machine for resin Infusion Process.
• Selection and installation of various Testing and measuring equipments.
• Designed Static mixing equipment for proper mixing of two or three component resin system.
• Selection of fibre glass, resins, sandwich materials, mould releasing agents, adhesives and paints for production and knowledge about their properties in different conditions.
• Design and modelling of Moulds for Infusion process using ProE and UGS NX.
• Conducted production and project costs estimation.

• Planned and executed projects using Project management software- Microsoft Project.
