Presently working as Event/Logistic Manager with M/s. SERVIER - Saudi Arabia and responsible for all communications with the company’s suppliers to execute all product events.

Job Description:
•Planning and preparations for all events including venue, domestic/international airline
tickets, room reservations local and international, tourist/business visas, meeting room
set up, F&B, Gala Dinner, airport pick up /drop off and other transportation arrangements.

•Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.

•Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet expectations.

•Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.

•Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.

•Managing supplier relationships.

•Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects
are delivered efficiently.

•Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support the team.

•Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events.

•Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

•Ensuring excellent service and quality delivery.

•Clearing all invoices based on the budget allocations within the credit deadline.

•SOP preparation for the events.

in Saudi Bin Laden Group. Responsible for all matters with regard to manpower database management, ticketing for the whole group which consisted of more than 15000 employees.

Create, maintain, and update hard copy trip files for all travel, enter information provided by staff into the database and maintain travel database. Communicate with staff travelers regarding their travel needs, assist in processing visa forms and obtaining visas from foreign embassies, including coordination with regional and program staff to obtain letters of invitation from regional offices. Send airline tickets to traveler and arrange travel insurance providers for all travelers Coordinate with finance department for travel invoicing, support all aspects of staff and VIP travel as needed.
