Advise corrective actions for procedural adherence. Drafting of fair and equitable contracts beneficial for all parties. Negotiation, and execution of ongoing management of contractual agreements. Draft purchase orders. Contractual correspondences. Implement and oversee adherences to contractual clauses. Risk assessment, assist / develop and negotiate claims. Subcontract management.
