Acting as SPOC for all the QA Activities for all the IT program and IT Support activities.

Project Description:
Medical Claims from all Insurance companies will be sent to India from US in a scanned format. We will Test the claims in UNIX environment and then we need to resend to US. It involves 36 processes in between it. The first process name is Image upload and the last process is Shipment to US. We need to test all the process from the beginning to till end. Fiserv is a customer name and project name is Single HCFA, Multi HCFA.
My Contribution:
Preparing Software Requirement Document for each Process.
Preparing Test cases for the scripts
Execution of Test cases.
Involved in Triage call with the Dev team on a daily basis
Guided and leaded 3 fresher's to get familiar with this process
Involved in weekly status reporting and official meetings
Reported the defects and validated defects
Downloading the Application Builds from FTP Server and Installing in Network Drives.
Preparing Test Execution Plan & executing the same.
Guided and leaded 4 fresher's to get familiar with the Tax prep and involved them to execute the test scripts.
