Planning that all factor related to work access before start like scaffolding, tools & tackles, required material etc.
Expediting construction drawing for execution of jobs.
To prepare and check prior to submit for client’s approval all shop drawings.
Responsible for man power planning.
Ensure availability of latest approved document and drawing interact with client on site related issues and resolve the same in applicable manner in project site the best interest of company
Responsible for cost control measures in his area. Take action to eliminate rework idling of man power and equipment, wastage of consumable and materials.
Strong knowledge in reading of P&ID drawing and other piping drawings.
Involved in construction line check as per the test pack and coordinating with QC department for line clearing.
Direct responsible for the quality of work in his discipline. Ensure achievement of quality objective Defined for the project deliverable including those established for continuous improvement.
Supervision of fabrication, erection, modification, maintenance, hydro test, reinstatement and Pre Commissioning work.
Coordination with client and third party.
Responsibility to monitor daily activity at site evaluates worker performance to ensure that the Progress of work is within the schedule.
Identify critical lapses and advising remedial measure for it.
Able to make as built drawing for line route modification as per site requirement.
Ensure the site safety norm is strictly adhered and educate employees on the same.
Responsible for availability of PPE and other HSE related requirement before starting job give Prime importance to human and assets safety.
