Supervise twelve FTEs to perform of Direct Sales Executives in
their daily operations and provide necessary support and
guidance to ensure they are carrying their tasks correctly, with
due speed, and leading to customer satisfaction.
Assist in providing training for Direct Sales employees to ensure
that staff are well-trained and applying the most recent processes
and procedures.
Direct Sales
Assist in planning sales activities to ensure targets are met
(including planning of sales activities, managing sales agents, and
providing guidance as needed).
Drive the achievement of sales targets set for Direct Sales by
Sales Support and ensure the revenue and profitability targets are
met.
Collaborate with Sales Support (i.e. lead generation, sales targets,
and incentives) to monitor sales targets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Segmentation Management and Product
teams in order to facilitate smooth migration of products and
financing deals.
Execute roles assigned by Segmentation Management in
campaign rollout and segment value propositions.
Ensure that customers are served courteously and their queries
are answered in order to assist them in their product search and
maintain/develop relationships with potential or existing
customers.
Study customer comments with respect to the products/services
offered or issues faced in the sales process and communicate the
same to the respective Assistant Manager of Direct Sales, in order
to ensure that improvement initiatives are put in place.
Ensure that the Direct Sales team is proactively approaching
customers, conducting sales visits, and representing KFH at
various places outside KFH premises to increase the reach and
enhance the presence of the bank.
Ensure cross-selling of products and services to existing and new
customers with the aim of maximizing revenue generation for
KFH.
Ensure that inputs on customer needs are captured in order to
assist KFH in identifying new markets and business opportunities
for developing/maximizing the sales of KFH products and
services.
Implement corrective actions suggested by Sales Management in
order to improve sales—customer Relations and service.

Open new accounts, Loan sales, Credit card sales
Collaborate with business line management to develop
corrective action plans and monitor progress
Participate on implementation teams for new or changed regulations
Influence and approve business processes and procedures to
ensure they are structured to effectively mitigate risk
