A start-up private company project - Business Consultancy and Business Development
In this project I’ve been responsible for the graphic design part that’s according to the need of the company.
As per my role, I’ve been completely responsible of the Digital Marketing Department which operated Independently from the rest of the company’s activities; as a Marketing & Advertising Agency. My work included graphic design and movie motion creation, but I’ve also taken responsibilities within different departments at the company Such as Graphic HR & IT to fill the gap & fulfill the need.
Digital Marketing:
- Creation of company’s official website:
Use of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Bootstrap to creat the website, also have done photo session for employees and office.
- Creation & managing all Digital marketing channels
- Budgeting
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Designing Digital Marketing materials such as: official logo, posts, and videos.
- Designing official Business Cards for employees and official Letterhead for the company.
- Content creation in both English & Arabic
HR:
- Creation of internal contracts with its clause and Suitable job description for each employee.
- Deciding and setting up company’s main policies
- Design & Creation of employees handbook
IT:
- Managing main domain/server of the Company
- Creating & managing Employees emails
During this period of training I was trained in different sections in the Media Field such as:
Voice-over Editing)Dubbing ( دوبلاج
Using Adobe Premier CC and Final Cut Software. In this I used to edit Arabic spoken Audio that is a translated dialogue over an English spoken video, or on a picture with specific motion.
Hosting 2 Arabic TV programs
During this hosting Experience I’ve co-hosted one full program which its content was book reading and discussion with the other hosts, the program’s aim is to read out the book for uneducated who are unable to read.
The Second Program Hosted, was a monthly program so, usually it’s 30 - 31 episodes. I cohosted 20 episodes for the month of July.
In this project I’ve been responsible to fill the communication gap between my team, which is formed of the Project Manager and the Documentation Manager, and between the Client which is the Fujairah Municipality, through translation/conversion between English and Arabic, for capturing their processes/procedures as a part of the first phase in the project (Asses Capturing).
I was also responsible to translate the documentations that’re to be handled to the Client from English to Arabic.
Process Mapping
I was responsible to capture and map their processes using the Swim-Lane Diagram (In English), as the processes were divided on the three of us, we have mapped 400+ processes in total.
Interaction with the Client
Through phase two and three of the project “GAP Analysis & Road Map” as the team was working on it, in parallel I was totally responsible to interact with the client after their feedback or requests for some corrections or changes to the files they’ve received.
In my position I was responsible to establish & handle all the social media and digital marketing channels for the University of Bolton RAK in both languages (English &Arabic), such as: YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter and the LifeChat of the Website - www.boltonac.ae, to make it more active a visible by as many people as possible daily. Content management on the different social media channels was also my responsibility in both Arabic and English.
I was also responsible for covering all the different events happening in the university or outside (by the University); academic or student life, for photography, videography and posters designing.
I was responsible to do the marketing quotes translation, from English to Arabic.
In this position I was a part of the Captain Offline Support team, our main responsibility was to respond to captain’s disputes or solve the different problems they’re facing. Captains would send their disputes on their portal.
