Responsible for all the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control construction work.
Lead teams and complete the installation works in accordance with KOC Standards.
Assist Project Manager with recruitment, supervision, training, and development of Project Staff.
Assist Project Staff to outline work plan, establish operational priorities and assign duties.
Assist with the preparation of estimates and help define scopes of work.
Maintain compliance with contract terms and legal requirements to prevent rework and delays.
Attend site visits and status meetings.
Maintain meeting minutes, emails and other project correspondence.
Respect deadlines and proactively communicates potential delays while working a plan to mitigate issues.
Support team to Prepare and submit timely weekly reports and status updates.
Provide all necessary information and distribute responsibilities to construction team.
Monitor the daily progress of work in relation with the work schedule and to report to the Project Manager.
Ensure the availability of all equipment and material for executing the work as per the Construction Schedule.
Co-ordinate with the Main Contractor, and Safety Officer for a safe and proper execution of the works.
Enforce proper PPE standard on site and also keeping safety incidents at zero.
