Key roles and responsibilities:
Reporting to Maintenance Planning Engineer.
Review all incoming work request, verify in the field and create the necessary work order. Determines detailed requirements for manpower skill levels, estimates man hours, material, and special support services.
Review spare parts availability with craft supervisors, initiate material requisitions and assist on expediting material delivery.
Develops accurate job plans including efficient task sequencing, identification of necessary resources and special request forms.
Perform research, pulls drawings and consults with concerned Engineers/Supervisors to identify the proper repair procedures and specifications.
Provides necessary support for PM development and improvement, updating bill of material (BOM) for equipment and maintain a record of standard and specific job plans and PM plans.
Ensures availability and timely entry of data in the CMMS system (MAXIMO) on maintenance work carried out and reviews work request backlog with Operations to prioritize work and further planning.
Responsible on retrieving required data for maintenance work order status review & KPI reports.
Reporting to Maintenance ESU (Engineering Support Unit) supervisor.
Receive, log and process work orders utilizing knowledge on maintenance work processes and practices, ensuring proper sequence to efficiently complete and meet operational requirements.
Identifies all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step utilizing SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Arranges for and schedules support service equipment to coincide with the work order scheduling.
Participates in the Weekly & Daily Schedule Coordination Meeting and presents the Weekly Schedule of workable maintenance jobs from the backlog. Ensures that a clear understanding exists of which jobs will be worked in the upcoming week.
Responsible on coordinating stepped work with required entities like Operation, Engineering’ Shops and Contractors
Responsible on retrieving required data, providing weekly maintenance work order status & KPI’s.
