 During my career in Capgemini (Bombardier CRJ Projects) I worked CRJ production team for 2 years as a technical writer/Illustrator) then promoted to internal quality team (as a reviewer). I could achieve a min of 98% external quality every month.
 I could manage with the work manage system of Capgemini where this computer application process the internal quality, external quality, unit of wok done, customer satisfaction index, and time sheet and I could attain 97% above.

At Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd I have worked as Avionics/Electrical Supervisor for 3 years and as Aircraft Avionics/Electrical Technician for 9 months.

During my career in Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd I have worked for Indian Navy and Airforce, UH 3H, Kamov, Sea King 42, IL38, TU142M, DO-228, Emperor, Mig 21, Cessna 172S, HTT-40, AVRO HS-748, Chetak….ect in major modifications as projects like installation of Kite and GPS, Mission Comm. System, Secret Speech System, HF system (TRX 2801), Mobile Satellite System and Weather Radar.

In addition to Major modifications, incorporation of Service Bulletin and Customer Requirements I have also done the mentioned bellow roles for IL38, TU142M, on varies projects and on daily and transit inspections :-

• Isolating malfunctions, repairing and inspecting integrated avionics systems at organizational levels. Inspecting, servicing, and performing general aircraft handling procedures.

• Identifying and isolating integrated avionics systems malfunctions, and analyzing performance. Operating integrated avionics systems to determine operational condition.

• Interpreting equipment operation to isolate malfunctions in systems such as attack control, instrument, flight control, communications, navigation, and penetration aids.

• Tracing data flow and wiring diagrams.

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining aircraft wiring systems.

• Using built-in test functions, electronic measuring equipment, support aerospace ground equipment (AGE), and hand tools.

• Monitoring equipment performance and detects and analyzes malfunctions.

• Removing, installing, aligning, and checking integrated avionics systems.

• Removing and installing line replaceable units and aligns systems.

• Operationally checks externally mounted avionics equipment.

• Performing intermediate or organizational maintenance level modifications.

• Inspecting integrated avionics systems, posts entries, and maintains inspection and maintenance records.
