Organizing Directors’ agenda, making appointments; arranging travels and accommodation in the country and abroad, etc. arranging meetings, writing summaries, reports and conclusions, handling/ screening telephone calls, enquirers and requests; dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, and answering those either according to Directors’ concept or on my own; taking dictation and minutes; carrying out background research and presenting findings; producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; organizing and attending meetings and providing info to the Directors, liaising the Directors with persons on his list, persons requiring to meet with them and staff, managing documents, etc.
