Recruitment & Selection support
• Conduct job analysis; write job descriptions as per HAY guidelines and update organizational structures in order to maintain clarity of roles and responsibilities as per HR guideline.
• Handle recruitment cycle; sourcing application through recruitment websites, walk in CVs and other sources. Screening CVs, shortlisting eligible candidates and conduct competency based interviews.
• Liaise with concerned managers on new recruitments and schedule interviews with eligible candidates.
• Maintain CVs data base, and candidate's tracker sheets assuring proper CVs archiving and tracking of the interviewed candidate's status.
• Conduct reference checks for the selected candidates and send Job offers to the hired candidates. Send regret letters to candidates who were not selected.
• Maintain new employee files ensuring all required employees documents are received and filed as per the legal requirements.
• Participate in the on-boarding of new joiners by preparing welcome kits and/ or any relevant. Explain company policies, procedures, benefits, internal regulations and Insurance plans to new joiners.
• Create and update employee data on the HRIS to ensure all employee information is captured electronically
• Follow up with managers on the performance of the new joiners during the probation period to ensure confirmation of employment.
• Conduct exit interviews with employees who have resigned and report to management.
• Participate in different career and job fairs events
Personnel & HR Support
• Issue miscellaneous employment and salary certificates as per the set HR guidelines providing an efficient HR service
• Draft different HR policy and procedures
• Control and monitor employees attendance, produce attendance reports and track exceptions with the concerned parties.
• Contribute to building strong employee relations and providing a first class customer service to employees by answering queries and requests in a timely manner
• Support in the administration of any HR programs related to building employee relations such as rewards programs, employee events and gatherings, year-end activities.
Learning & Development support
• Assist the L&D function by providing logistics support to training delivery and performance management
