Engineering Manager \[QA\] - BigInsights (Bluemix and on-premise)

As a QA Manager for BigInsights, I manage a team of 14 team members, with functional ownership for both on-prem and cloud related releases. We follow the Agile methodology in all our related releases.
Roles & Responsibilities
Quality certification and planning for all the supported releases
Strategizing the future roadmap for the product - working along with product planning and development team
Scheduling, tracking the work as well as the resource allocation
Identifying all the dependencies and spelling it out early to de-risk any release schedule
SPOC for the team, in its interactions with the planning, development and release teams
Representing the team in all management meetings with the local as well as the partner lab management meetings
