I am now an Advocate practicing in Labour and Industrial Laws. I am a Legal adviser of various establishment and associations. One of such association is Kerala Bar Hotels Association, which is an association of about 700 Hotels. AS a legal advisor I have to deal with their day to day labour problems. As a Lawyer I am advising various institutions such as PDDP, Dhanam Publishing Company, Lisie Hospital, etc. I have conducted various Domestic Enquirers in various institutions.
