Identify Training & Development needs systematically throughout
departments in conjunction with the team.
• Ensure legal training is completed
• Make TNA training need analysis through observing the operation, following
up the quality audit (internal & external), Guest relations reports, Employees
Performance Review and etc.
• Participate in development and implementing various Training & Development
programs to meet identified needs and to ensure guest service, quality, profit
enhancement and staff safety.
• Design the training programs which my hotel to bring the culture of excellence
to the life
• Participate in preparing employees activities according to the employees
activities calendar
• Carry out skills training either on a group or a one-to-one basis and evaluate
• Mapping out training plans and schedules
• Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated,
mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes.
• Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing
information.
• Design and prepare educational aids and materials
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Coordinate the induction of new hires
• Conduct the required training sessions for staff according to the training plan
• Participate in the preparation of employees’ activities and parties according to
the activities calendar
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training hours records
• Follow up the implementation of departmental training calendars through
random check
• Ensure that all induction materials are updated according to any changes
• • Ensure that all new hires have their induction program (Hotel orientation &
Departmental orientation)
• Ensure that all rank and file employees at the guest contact departments have
their initial training plan
• Make grooming & hygiene observations to ensure that the staff is committed
with the hotel standard.
• Carrying out capability assessments across the organization

innovative learning programs
