Position: Purchasing Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities: • Review the invoice matching hold report and resolve discrepancies.
• Send updated prints to supplier.
• Coordinate movement of all purchased materials from suppliers and address any supply/supplier issues.
• Updated Pos with current delivery information.
• Maintain supplier files by keeping them complete and up to date.
• Review and verify past due PO reports and contact suppliers to address overdue PO's.
• Develop relationships with suppliers in order to resolve delivery quality concerns.
• Perform PO from the Site.
• Support the Purchasing Manager on operational projects as needed.
• Making calls to follow-up the pending supply.
• Received the supply from the suppliers and send to our site.
• Making payments.
• Resolve receiving error issues.
• Dealing to the suppliers for the price/discount of the order item/s.
