Construction of Infrastructure and Road works for the project which includes the following items of works Sewerage Network, Stormwater Drainage Network, Fire Fighting Network, Potable water Network, Irrigation Network, NDRC Works, Road Crossing Ducts, Electrical LV Network, Electrical HV Network, Telecommunication Network, Spare Ducts, Smart City System, Street Lighting Network, Road works, Pavement works, Tie-in Connections, Construction of Pumping Station, Pocket Substation, Lifting Station, Outfall Structure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preparation of Clause14.1/8.3 Baseline/Contract Programme
2. Performed Cost Loading and Resource loading
3. Prepared Manpower Histogram, Cash Flow, Progress S curve, Procurement Schedule etc.
4. Prepared KPI’s for accurately monitoring the Key items/trades.
5. Prepared Updated Programme weekly
6. Prepared Internal and External Monthly Report
7. Prepared Internal and External Weekly Reports
8. Identifying the Delay Events from Client, Consultant and Subcontractors and drafting delay claim notices
9. Drafting all correspondence of related to delays such as Delay Claim Notices, interims and Final Claim Notice.
10. Prepared Extension of Time Claims using the Time Impact Analysis method and Window Analysis Method.
11. Monitored daily site activities, critical activities, resources (manpower, machinery and materials), shop drawing approval, material approval and procurement activities if any concerns or flag to be raised.
12. Preparation of recovery schedules in case the project is running behind the approved program of works to mitigate any delays.
13. Coordination with Project Team, Client, Consultant and Subcontractors.
14. Coordinate and integrate subcontractors with the programme and ensure compliance with the programme requirements.
15. Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make a comparison between the plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
16. Preparation of look-ahead schedules & supply information to respective departments for timely availability of resources on the site.
17. Attend Progress, Site walk and other relevant Meetings as advised by the Project Manager.
18. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
PROJECT : CONSTRUCTION OF LAGOON, BRIDGES, POOLS AND RO PLANT FOR DUBAI PARKS AND RESORTS

PROJECT BUDGET : AED 200 MILLION
The project is complete construction and commissioning of the Lagoon, Bridges, pools and process related buildings (R.O plant, Circulation Chamber, Aeration Chamber) with all related pipelines from the R.O plant, Aeration Chamber and Circulation Chamber to the lagoon.
The Lagoon is 1.1km long concrete casting with two areas namely Wetland area and the retaining wall area. The project consists of 6 bridges, Bridge 1 & 2 crossing the lagoon, and 2 pools. The water in the lagoon is processed/aerated and circulated by the system that is installed in the 3 buildings and the pumping stations that are part of the project namely - RO plant, Aeration chamber, Circulation chamber and pumping stations. The project has a conveyance system of pipeline and pipeline between the chambers and running into the plants along the lagoon edge, which takes in the water from the lagoon from the skimmers and draw off pits.

The residential buildings are between nine to twenty storeys with one to three bedroom apartments. Liwan is a self-sufficient community spread out over 13 million sq. ft. Inspired by the San Francisco city urban structure.
