I am working as a Mechanical Supervisor at Alghanim International for the projects of replacement of existing crude desalter heaters at GC’s 2, 7, 9, 10 and 22 of Kuwait Oil Company. I am responsible of fabrication of piping and its supports, erection of pipes, supports, heaters, manifolds, blowers, stacks and skids. Hydro testing of piping, Pre commissioning activities like air blowing, air blasting, final reinstalling, leak testing, purging at GC 22 and GC 10.
My previous project were KOC’s New Booster station BS 171 pipeline project, our client is Eni Saipem. My main duties were supervise ROW Clear & Grade, Pipe Stringing, Mainline welding, repair welding and tie in joint welding of 6 inch to 30 inch and bedding, padding and backfilling trench in order to achieve a proper execution of all CONTRACTOR’s activities and work for these areas and disciplines.
shutdown project of RASGAS’s Train 3&4. My works were rotor and its diaphrams replacement of Propane Refrigeration Compressor and its surge drum’s Demister up gradation.
I was worked as a Mechanical Supervisor at Reliance Refinery’s Delayed Coker Plant. My duties were heading and de heading, hot bolting and box up of the Coker drums. Preventive and periodical maintenances of Coker charge pumps, Oily drain pumps, naphtha overhead pumps, valves, exchangers, condensers, coke cutting stems, and pre shutdown preparation jobs of Coker plant area.
I was worked as a Mechanical Foreman Pre commissioning at Trags (Trading and Agencies Services) for their client TECNIMONT for the QATAR CHEMICAL’S Ethylene Derivatives Complex phase II project (Qchem II). My works were pre commissioning and commissioning of Polyethylene plant & Normal Alpha Olifins (NAO) plant’s static equipments like reactors, filters, surge tanks, silos, columns, bullets, spheres, treaters and different process systems like LP & HP flare, Fuel gas, ethylene, catalyst, TEB, TEAL, Olefin free Isobutene, and Fresh Isobutane, spent caustic systems, hot oil systems, reactor effluents cooling systems, butene systems. Preparation works of this System’s Air blowing, Steam blowing, water flushing, mechanical cleaning and reinstallation, making final piping checklist of system, leak test using high pressure Nitrogen, purging and inerting of systems using Nitrogen, Cleaning and arranging the internal inspection of vessels, reactors, tanks, drums, tanks, filters.
outage works of SIEMENS’s V94.2 gas turbine and generator and its accessory systems, Modification works of lube oil system and cooling system of plant. Replacing of temperature and pressure gauges, transmitters to the CCCW system, Fuel gas system, Fuel oil system, Lube oil& lift oil system, hydraulic system. Fixing of KKS tags in entire plant equipments as per P&ID. Inspection and repair of linkage system of variable pitch inlet guide vanes (IGV) of gas turbine compressor. I have been worked in CCC’s EPC project of Dolphin energy’s Eastern Gas Distribution System (EGDS) worked as a Technician. My works were upgrading of sectionalizing valve stations between GASCO’s Maqta main pipe line division and Jebel Ali, Taweeelah, Al Ain stations. My duties are installing of gas chromatograph, Hydrocarbon moisture and dew point analyzer, differential pressure transmitters, thermo couples, pressure and temperature gauges, CCTV camera, UV flame detectors, gas monitors, fire and gas detectors and Erection of solar panels and its rechargeable batteries.
I worked as a Mechanical Technician in Toshiba Corporation for their project of 1550 MW & 25.4 MIGD Independent Water and Power Project (IWPP) at UMM AL NAR POWER PLANT, Sas Al Nakhal Island Abu Dhabi. I have nearly three years experience in this EPC project’s erection, fabrication and maintenance works of GE 9Fa gas turbines and its accessory systems. Replacing of Mechanical seals and heat exchanger of boiler feed water pumps. Maintenance boiler feed water pumps, chemical dosing pumps, submerged pumps, cooling air fan, support air fans, and replacing of heat exchangers, cleaning of inlet guide vanes of gas turbine compressors. Maintenance works of GT electric overhead crane’s (90 T) transmission systems. Modification of LP steam De super heater nozzles repair works of Hydrogen cooled GT Generator, repair and leak testing of Titanium tubes of Dump condenser.
I have worked as a Technician at Binani Zinc industries limited, Cochin, Kerala, India. I went training on periodic inspections and maintenance, preventive maintenance and overhauling the motor, pumps, cooling fans, driers, compressors.
