➢ Manage inventory processing, to ensure product availability for timely customer shipments and ensure compliance with the organization’s lead time goals.
➢ Ensure operational objectives and processes in the physical distribution manual are in place and being followed.
➢ Purchase local goods by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
➢ Manage local purchasing activities to make sure the timely procurement of all goods and services needed in accordance with all policies and procedures.
➢ Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
➢ Encode incoming and outgoing goods and invoicing (Cash/Credit) through ALSHAMEL INVENTORY SYSTEM.
➢ Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
➢ Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
➢ Coordinate, communicate and consult with the related departments for materials service needs .
➢ Reports directly to the Operations Manager. Works in conjunction with Production, Purchasing (Procurement), and Shipping/Receiving
➢ Researching life style and design trends and making sure design will appeal to the target audience.
➢ Capable of creating window and in-store displays of clothes on the mannequins for retail shop.
➢ Focusing on the items availability in the store display with complete sizes.
