Job Description
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee; giving instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accepting payment through cash and credit card
• Checking daily cash account and ensures accuracy in cash count.
Answers incoming calls
Verifies the name of the caller and his/ her relationship to the owner of the account
Answers all queries regarding the delivery of their procured appliances
Reschedules/cancels delivery upon customer's request
Convincing customers not to cancel the purchase or return slightly damaged products because of the delivery.
