• Manages online store back end operations.
• Adding new SKU's to the website, monitoring and updating prices, monitoring stock levels.
• Create and manage item specifications and product video for the items listed on the site.
• Attends customer queries on social media like Facebook and Instagram, WhatsApp, Emails, Phone.
• Helping the customers to find the product they need by explaining to them the product specifications, provide comparison to other products and giving them product suggestions.
• Create delivery plan prior to schedule to ensure selected delivery timings of the customers is being met.
• Arrange item pick up location and its transfer documentations.
• Reconcile payments and handles order cancellations.
• Provide various proposals to the Retail Head on how to increase online sales including promo suggestions, bundle offers, direct discounts and loyalty member discounts.
•Prepare MIS reports, analysis, sales forecast and performance reviews.
•Provide sales quotations to clients, follow up deliveries and customer complaints.
•Maintains loyalty customer database.
•Preparing sales incentives.
•Perform marketing activities like SMS and email campaigns.
•Submit installment applications to banks.
•Communicate to retail shops on company updates, policy changes, legal documentation, office orders, memos and leave schedules.
•Coordinate leave applications, QID and passport renewal.
•Order and distribute POP materials like sale coupons, banners, posters and flyers for retail shops.
•Replenish stationery and arrange office equipment.
•Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
•Provide mail correspondence.
•Answer telephone queries.
•Arrange meetings and training.
• Submit regular manpower status report to HR Head.
•Prepare documentation for employee site transfer.
•Coordinate third party trade tests for new employees (skilled workers).
•Renew work permits, certificate and gate passes for manpower (ARAMCO) supply.
•Attends phone calls, answering mails and other office routines.
•Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
•Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
•File and maintain paper and electronic copies.
• Data entry on land details.
• Timely update on lot details, drawings and locations.
• Assures document quality to include completeness, accuracy and compliance with established procedures and updates.
• Manage electronic and hard copy filing of project related technical documentation for easy file retrieval.
Currently studying Bachelor of Science In Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development Management thru the New Era University Distance Education Program
Includes studies in Software Programming in C Language, Foxpro, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access. Gained a two year scholarship after qualifying on the IT.
