Prepare project’s detailed and master schedules as technical requirement for the job using Microsoft Project and doing initiative of Graphical Presentation of Project Work Progress. In-charge on the Telecommunication Quality Control and in preparing Work Execution Plan, Project Progress Measurement Report (PMR), Quality Planning, Loss Prevention Plan and HIP Program.
Progress Measurement
Prepares the project’s Progress Measurement Reports (PMR) and updates the actual project progress regularly as required. Prepare the Quality Plan, Loss Prevention Plan and necessary documents as based on the Schedule Q of the Project from Saudi ARAMCO.
Communication QC Inspector
I was currently approved as the Project Communication Inspector by the SAPID Communication QC Inspector. This will be my new position for this project. My SAP Number will be released as soon as possible by the SAPID as feedback.
In charge of Quality Control of Projects and assign in preparing Quality Control Documents that is necessary for the specific project. Raise Request for Inspection for Internal Inspections of the project. Work under the Quality Control Team. Conducts area survey and census prior to Project implementation and also deals with different sector and government agencies for legalities.
In charge of Production Analysis, Yield Analysis and Safety Standards establishment and Certification. Coordinate with other Departments for Personnel’s Development and Seminar. In charge of Monthly meeting preparation as well as Product input and output monitoring. Daily task includes close monitoring of Process downtimes and Flour Output Yield calculation. In charge of ISO 9001:2008 Documentation and in Initiating and Coordinating with different Departments prior to ISO9001:2008 Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development and Product Expansion Team (Previous Assignment). In charge of New product prototypes and pre-production. Receives information and requests coming from customers and/or main research and development center for Taiyo Yuden (Tamamura Plant-Japan).
Propose Product structure and design based on product specs required by customers using SPC, JMP, and its Design Engineering platforms. Conduct prototype testing using the agreed design. Facilitate a Cross-Functional Team for pre-production of new products and impose evaluation test items and judgment criteria such as target yield or Cpk.
Monitoring of processing results including yield-lost analysis. Perform reliability test such as chip strength, thermal shock, DC bias Characteristics, Loading @ high temperature and Damp Heat conditions on evaluation lots. Conduct output meeting or presentation of results to CFT team. Review of affected documents such as control plan, quality planning sheet, FMEA, APQP and manufacturing standards.
Issuance of Evaluation Technical Report that includes Conclusions, Results Dispositions, Recommendations and Process History Details. Monitoring of Initial Mass Production results after new product implementation and conducts investigation on Product Non-conformance cause as well as Mass Production Product Low Yield results.
My task includes checking the qualifications of each applicants applying for engineering positions to our agency. This is only a part time job while I was reviewing for the Licensure Examination for ECE. In charge on the rank and files of the applicants resumes and doing the control of documents and data consolidation for submittal to the requested employers.
