I thank you for considering me for this opportunity to join your teaching fraternity and for shaping a better future for all through education and teaching. I believe in a holistic approach of development. I have managed to acquire the skill of captivating the attention, co-operation and commitment of all my candidates and staff members. I know that we should work together as a TEAM and that there is no letter I in the word “TEAM “. For this means, Together Each Achieve More, and that is my belief in Life.

All the candidates under my wing will realize that they are the Master of their own DESTINY and that dedication, commitment and devotion should be at the order of the day. As a principal / Professional Development Trainer, I ensure that all my staff members are being catered for and I go the extra mile to equip each one with the required knowledge and more. In management, I apply the same techniques by working as a single unit. Learning should be all about empowering one self and enriching one’s life with the resources needed to achieve success.

Over the past thirty years, I have managed to mentor my candidates and help them to appreciate the simple, yet needful things in life, such as a good education. Successfully, I have been teaching, coordinating, training teachers and advising subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Business Studies, Economics, Social Science, Moral Science (Life Skills / Orientation etc. The role of the educator does not end in the classroom, hence the fact that I have always busied myself with extra-mural activities such as Athletics, Cultural activities, The RCL student body teacher development and training. I have successfully implemented and managed a Mentor Program for young and aspiring teachers and created an environment that is conducive for Teaching and Learning. I believe that there is always something new to learn as that desire and passion to learn, teaches you to be ahead in Education. I am immediately available to start employment, adding value and making a difference.
