Technical Support (Planning and Migration)

- Configure and Migrating Mail Servers(Outlook), Active Directory(Win2k3 | Win2k8 R2 | Win 7 | WinXP).
- Configuring and maintaining VocalCom(VoiP) for Medical Call Center Departments.
- Investigate critical incidents in daily operations (network, router, switch, intrusion, monitoring, updates)
- Project Management for Internal portals(Oracle 11gR2, VS2010/ASP.NET/IIS/Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x
- Supporting various hardware and software issues to the clients request
- Maintain and Web Development for the company website
- Troubleshoot Desktop/Server/ISP related issues from customer’s requirement
- PC Assembly/Network Automation and Security IT Support
- Installs, monitors, administers and ensures availability and security of the Unix- and NT-based Internet servers
- Develops and modifies scripts for process automation, monitoring and report generation
- Installs, tests and recommends Internet applications
- Modifies and customizes code of existing applications to meet project or customer requirements
- Conducts capacity planning and analyzes the impact of configuration changes and/or increased traffic on the whole server (XEN Servers/UNIX).
