• Assess, plan, organize, evaluate and deliver nursing care to high standard in order to achieve clinical goals for individual clients.
• Provides nursing service including medications and injections as ordered by the doctor.
• Performs nursing techniques for comfort and well-being of patient.
• Administer prescribed medicine, orally and parenteral, provides treatment using therapeutic equipment and observe patient reactions.
• Assess, observe records and report to senor nurse or physician the patient condition and reaction to drug, treatment and significant incident.
• Communicate effectively with patient and other health care professional regarding patient treatment, care, progress, diagnosis and discharge planning to ensure patients optimum care.
• Take and records vital signs.
• Collect specimen such as urine, stool and sputum as ordered and secure results of laboratory test and other request.
• Assist patient in convalescent and rehabilitation.
• Assist doctor during treatment.
• Educate patient and families on proper care of the sick (identifies patient and family needs and concerns)
• Develop and manage nursing care plan for the patient.
• Participates in general and medical staff meeting as required.

• Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments.

• Observe nurses and visit patients to ensure that proper nursing care is provided.
• Instruct individuals, families and other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention and childbirth, and develop health improvement programs.
• Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.
• Deliver infants and provide prenatal and postpartum care and treatment under obstetrician's supervision.
• Provide health care, first aid, immunizations and assistance in convalescence.
• Hand items to surgeons during operations.
• Setting up drips and blood transfusions.
• Does a morning care and comfort measure to patient such as oral hygiene, bed bath, linen change, and turning of patient to sides (as advised).
