• Managing data for the KPI reports compilation.
• Arranging vehicle and driver for the renewal on the registration of transport fleets.
• Managing the transport fleets vehicle renewal status.
• Transport fleets tyres rotation and follow-up for the replacement.
• Coordinating with the drivers on the timely servicing of the vehicles.
• Arranging the relevant documents and handing it over to the drivers.
• Processing of token and gate pass and forwarding it to the drivers.
• Develop and identify strategies for reducing delivery costs.
• Ensuring all organisational logistics documentation, management, reporting and other admin-related issues are managed on a day to day basis.
• Liaise and coordinate with forwarders, shipping companies and vendors, including handling, order processing, fulfillment, and timely delivery to customers including storage, packaging, and tagging of goods supplied.
• Place order and order processing with suppliers.
• Update and maintain technical documentation, customers and suppliers’ files as well as the database.
• Maintain proper filing system for all documents pertaining to order processing, sales and receipts.
• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Responsible for preparing of quotation and invoicing.
• Prepare monthly report including incoming order, order on hand and sales report.
• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
• Handle customer enquiries, invoicing, and purchase order.
• Prepare quotation and follow up with customer constantly to assist sales team.
• Liaise closely with all customers, existing and new markets.
• Liaise with customer / supplier on deliveries schedule.
• Arrange the delivery and coordinate with transporter.
• Managing stock inventory, updating inventory system and keep proper inventory control.
• To ensure all the basic accounting details and general administrative documents are properly maintained.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
• Maintaining all personnel records including appraisals, training, disciplinary, references and contracts using appropriate databases/spreadsheets/ forms.
• Performs benefits administration to include claims resolutions, change reporting, checking the requirement and communicating benefit information to employees.
