Achieved a 30% reduction in the overall building budget through strategic subcontractor management, coupled with a 50% reduction in material procurement costs by strategically utilizing existing store inventory, and a 50% reduction in third-party commissioning expenses through efficient in-house pre-commissioning activities, all while maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

MEP Engineering & Project Execution: Conducted detailed reviews of MEP drawings, managed material submittal
processes, and coordinated with suppliers to ensure project specifications were met. Oversaw budget preparation,
quantity estimation, and quality control inspections. Responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of Chilled water, firefighting systems, while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and
subcontractors.

Responsible for the daily upkeep and efficient operation of plant equipment, ensuring continuous production
through proactive planning and swift response to mechanical breakdowns. This involved developing and executing comprehensive maintenance schedules, encompassing preventive, daily, and weekly tasks, while strictly adhering to 5S and industrial safety standards.
