As Merchandiser:
➢ Building relationships with store personnel to ensure their understanding of brand information, shelf standards and special promotions on the products.
On Sales and after sales:
➢ Building good relation to costumers, team members and superiors.
➢ Understanding costumer’s needs and requirements.
➢ Identifying costumer’s problem and concern.
➢ Providing the costumers the best solution by giving detailed product knowledge and specification to help them decide effectively that best fit on their needs and requirements.
➢ Introducing new technologies and informing the costumers on key benefits of the product.
➢ Giving the costumer a precise technical assistance and worry free support.
As a Team Member:
➢ Contributing to the team by meeting the sales target and team target.
➢ Building good relation among team members and superiors.
