Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
Responsible for the sourcing, screening, shortlisting interviewing, job offering and negotiation.
On-boarding of new joiners to help them get settled including but not limited to the company policies and procedures, office setup, introduction, opening a bank accounts, etc.
2. Employee Relations and Immigration
Administers all types of leaves, duty resumptions, business travels, etc.
Employee Grievances, complaints, etc.
Monitors the issuance of exit permits, work permits, residence permits, work visas, etc.
Responsible for the issuance of different kind of letters such as salary certificates, certificate of employment, bank letters, etc.
3. Learning & Development/Training
Point of contact between of all the employees undergoing trainings. Communicates to external training providers.
4. Compensation & Benefits/Employee Handbook
Assists the Human Resources Manager in the analysis of the compensation and benefits.
Helps promote new benefits for the well being of the employees.
Assists in the implementation of new policies and procedures, immigration relations booklet, etc.
Available at all times and acts on behalf of the Human Resources Manager in its absence.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Performance Management Review Project 2012 for all Mercedes-Benz Employees, its monitoring and completion on target date due.
Responsible for all the recruitment coordination between Group HR Recruitment and NBK Automobiles Mercedes-Benz Group.
Participates in the Operation’s meetings weekly and coordinates with the Department Managers and Secretaries in Mercedes-Benz Group also with Human Resources Personnel.
Submits reports for recruitment (Gap Analysis Report) and training (Balance Score Card).
Liaises and maintains good relationship with the DMEL Regional Training Centre.
Conducts TNA, identifies and recommend candidates for training in a timely basis.
Monitors/follow-ups the training allowance, air tickets, visas, and other arrangement.
Conducts New Hire Orientation Program for all the new employees in the group.
Designs and Facilitates/Conducts Non-technical trainings regularly.
Performs other job related functions such as creation of Job Descriptions, Vacancy Activations, Staff Status Changes, follow ups on leave settlements, final settlements, RP Renewals, Passport Renewals, Medical Card Renewals, Leave Applications (Sick, Annual, Emergency), etc.
Does employee counseling, motivates employees, investigate various complains and prepare reports. Conducts exit interviews as and when required.
Answers employee inquiries and reverts back to them in a timely manner.
Responsible for all the other related HR and Training Activities as assigned by the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assists the Group Head of Training and Development in the Group Trainings - schedule, refreshments, training facilities and location, reservations, etc.
Acts as an Administrator to the One-Year Auralog English Online Training Program for a group of 40 trainees/users.
Submits training reports regularly to the Group Head of Training and Development.
Designs and facilitates Non-Technical Training Programs for the whole group.
Responsible for the Petty Cash Reconciliation and other administrative duties as assigned by the Group Head of Training and Development.
Conducts New Hire Orientation Program to all employees who just joined in the group.
Conducts call outs to prospective clients mainly the joint venture companies and sets up meetings with the Head of Training and Development.
Does other training related functions as and when necessary.
Supports/Assists the Recruitment Team for the travel arrangements of the top executives - On boarding.
Responsible for the LPO creation of the Invoices and follow ups payments to suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Recruitment of the whole group of companies from receiving vacancy requests, sourcing, screening, interviewing and forwarding candidates to the line managers for interviews.
Job Offering and negotiation with candidates, closing the vacancies within the time frame.
Travel arrangements for interviews and official joining with the company including but not limited to air ticket arrangements, hotel bookings, pick up and drop offs, etc.
On Boarding and New Hire Orientation.
Also for helping line managers with the editing and creating job descriptions.
Arranges candidate interviews and documentations for hiring procedures.
Responsible for contract negotiations, meetings and signing of agreements with various agencies throughout the world.
Submits recruitment reports regularly to the managers and the Recruitment Supervisor.
Maintains good relationship with Agency Representatives and Line Managers.
Responsible for receiving invoices and creation of Request for Payments for agencies.
Responsible for the monitoring and liaising with Accounts Department for the Invoice payments or transfers.
Reconciles balances or discrepancies with the Agency invoices, etc.
Prepares necessary documents for the processing and attestations of the agencies which needs further verification in order to be approved from their government bodies in their respective countries.
As Certified In-House Trainer, started designing and facilitating/conducting trainings in April 2011.
