In 2017, I’ve joined JUNG Middle East as Technical and Marketing Manager, developing Automation trainings in Dubai, Qatar and Kuwait for system integrators, as well as work and lunch sessions for architects, interior designers and lighting specialist companies in Dubai. I’ve developed presentations / training work stations, for Hotel GRMS and Hospital solutions, as well as marketing displays for JUNG products and solutions.
In 2016, I’ve joined Greentec Automation Dubai, as Sales Manager and technical Support for JUNG, Siedle, Netx Automation, Theben, Viveroo, CJC, Control Tronic, developing and supporting major Hotels and offices projects. Greentec is a Green building automation supplier and consultant for projects in Dubai and Middle East. Since then I had training in Netx Automation GRMS visualization Software, Theben, JUNG, and Siedle, along with presentations from other KNX brands willing to enter Dubai market. I’ve developed presentations for Greentec workshops related with Hotel Guest Room Management, building management systems and LED lighting / Dimming technology, presented in some hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in 2016. I was responsible for the development of Hotel Show stand for Greentec at World Trade Center in Dubai.
Being manager director of Eurodomótica for more than 10 years, lead me to be involved at the top of automation integration in Portugal. I’ve participated in almost every important automation project developed in Portugal, giving direct support to the brands and the developers. I’ve developed the show room at Eurodomótica, with every brand in the Portuguese market, developing presentations of our work, to universities, architects, etc. I’ve also publish some articles in magazines about automation systems, with real life examples, suggestions, tips and technical advices. As my first job I've worked as a Technical Support and training for Home and building Automation Systems. I started with KNX in the beginning when it was called EIB. I've had the first training in Hager France, and became the technical support for all Hager projects in Portugal. I've done the first visualization software to control the KNX of the full building in 2000 or 2001. After my success in this company, I've decided to create my own company in the same field. At this point I was doing everything, from support to site programming. This was the start of a long journey of training and helping developing pioneer automation projects
