• Key Responsibilities
• # Daily site safety inspection, Coordinate with site engineers, Consultants and SHES colleagues and subcontractors & HSES duty Allocations, conducting weekly safety walk with consultants& site related Concerned persons
• # Underground utility Scanning and inspection for pipe lines, manholes, gullies, tunnels and Excavation areas
• Wet Utilities - TSE, Ground / surface water-(storm Water), Irrigation Lines, Portable water lines,
• Foul sewer
• #Dry Utilities: - Electrical Related: - Street light, Low voltage cables, high Voltage Cables,
• Communication-Related: - Traffic signal, Corridor, QAF /UG N: - QNBN, ITS, SST,
• # Inspection of Construction related heavy equipment’s, lifting gears, underground utility, scaffolding inspection and emergency equipment’s inspection conducted on weekly, monthly and emergency basis
• # Administer construction activities to identify potential hazard and advise supervisors/ workers the risk factor involved with the particular activity and the corrective measure to be adopted
• # Proactively audit& review the method statements/ JSA and work permits to work system for construction, pre- commissioning and commissioning and liaised sub-contractor’s safety departments to organize Emergency Evacuation Drill and sub-contractors in all issues concerning HSE
• # Administer construction activities to identify potential hazard and advise contractors Safety Mangers/ Area safety in charges /site in charges / supervisors/ workers the risk factor involved with the particular activity and the corrective measure to be adopted
• # Established corrective or preventive actions suggested reports and to issue HSE prohibition notice if required
• # Effectively implemented company / contractor’s safety policies and procedures and played a notable part in recommending changes to management system as required, reviewing the hazard control programs of method statement, conducting site inspections, equipment’s inspections, ,
• # Conducting weekly safety walk with sub-contractors and Attend meeting with HSE Manager and also act as the safety assessor of company¡¦s projects at the DRP Road project and Undertakes inspection of camp catering and accommodation to ensure safety, health and hygiene standards are being rigorously applied.
• # Inspection of Scaffolding work & Access platforms, work at height activities, Lifting Tackles and lifting equipment and arrange Third Party certifications, and Inspection of personal protective equipment / Emergency equipment’s, first aid facilities and site welfare facilities
• # Conducting camps and mess hall inspection (as per the management instruction

# Conducting weekly safety walk with contractors and Attend meeting with HSE Manager and also act as the safety assessor of company/projects at the ship construction facility and Undertakes inspection of camp catering and accommodation to ensure safety, health and hygiene standards are being rigorously applied.
# Inspection of barges, Lifting Tackles, and lifting equipment’s and arrange Third Party certifications, and Inspection of personal protective equipment / Emergency equipment and first aid facilities.
# Any other duties as instructed by the HSE Head
