o Escalation point for any concerns regarding renewals admin work.
o In charge of maintaining all documentations/ processes to be used by the Renewals department across all insurance providers and clients.
o Manages meetings across different insurance providers for any changes/ implementations that will need to be stream flowed down to all admins in relation to the Dubai Health Authority regulation.
Responsible for supporting the SAP PI and SAP SCS Landscape for P&G Global, especially in the Asia Pacific and EMEA Region
Makes sure that all data/ messages passing through the SAP PI Landscape are working smoothly and performs live troubleshooting with customers as soon as possible
In charge of compiling and sending daily health checks to Level 3 Specialists for evaluation
Collaborates with different teams globally, especially with the applications team, for any stuck messages in the system, or correct any bad data that passes through the SAP PI system
Highly flexible with the working schedule as the service provides a 24/7 support
Sells/ creates projects to other P&G Teams to increase customers using the SAP PI Landscape
HP Application Lifecycle Gating Process Technical Lead June- Dec 2014 Ensures that all production-related movements towards the SAP PI Landscape is fully assessed as these will have critical impact on operations if not delivered within the allowed schedule approved by P&G
