Duties and Responsibilities:
 Has basic knowledge in UAE labour law
 Experienced in MOL cancellation
 Knowledgeable in immigration process (e.g., visa cancellation, filling abscond, application of residence visa)
 Excellent in handling residence visa, labour contract, emirates i.d, and CNIA (gatepass)
 Monitor the expiration date of workers id’s to prevent the penalty
 To weekly submit and report the balance LOA to the Director of Operations
 Well trained & assigned in recruitment (screening cv, conduct interview, and work permit processing)

 Gather, analyze, and discuss issues and solutions to the team & clients
 Reviewing Key Account’s rating and conduct huddle to make sure team will meet the client’s KPI
 Draft internal presentations and prepare client-servicing materials
 Well trained in answering customers inquiry with regards to their shipments & vessel schedule
 Provide customers for the tariff rates
 Knowledgeable in the process issuing container vans, and classes of container vans
 Telemarketing
 Assigned to do reports regarding coca-cola shipment directly reporting to VP of Sales and Marketing & Key Account Manager
 Properly and well mannered responding to customers or shippers questions or in some cases complaints.
 Knowledgeable with shipping documents
 Prepares quotation for customers, which will involve examining products or materials to estimate quantities and type of container required for storage or transport.
 Provide / create booking # using sail system to customers.
 Assist in tracking shipments and providing alternative information.
 Responsible for scheduling all truck pick up/delivery schedules.
 Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location. Responsible for tracking of goods enroute to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
