Perform internal and attend external audits on behalf of the organization management. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required. Action and close all customer complaints. Attend the coordination meeting. Review Method Statement, PQP, ITP & checklist. Provides technical expertise, training and tools to promote continuous improvement to quality departments as well as with subcontractor and suppliers.
