I head the Visayas and Mindanao Regions of this Service Provider. My primary function is to source clients and contract manpower employments as third party contractor of services in Facilities Maintenance, Administrative Functions, Janitorial and Housekeeping services, IT specialists, etc. Manage staff to attain our objectives in recruiting and deploying personnel, timekeeping and payroll, disciplinary measures implementation, training and development, and employee welfare. Likewise, I do HR Consultation with clients on Compensation Management particularly Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Setting Up HR, and conduct of training with topics on Leadership, Basic Supervisory Program, Customer Service, HR Competencies, and other soft skills training.
