• Management of sales contract from receipt of order to completion and follow up
• Organize and lead cross-functional contract review meetings ensuring efficient communications of the
scope, critical timelines and key contract objectives
• Provide technical assistance throughout the project and post-delivery, including the communication of
product and component functionality
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project, which may include the coordination of factory
acceptance tests
• Ensure project plans are managed, coordinated and communicated so that KPIs are met

• Perform design calculations and documentation for Piping Oil & Gas and Ship Systems.
• To contribute to P&ID Development.
• Work closely with Procurement for the purchase of Bulk Piping Materials.
• Compile Reports, Specifications, Requisitions, and Technical Bid Evaluations.
• Prepare Piping Specifications.
• Provide Technical Support to Major Projects, MOC (Sustainable) Projects, Fabrication Shops, and
Construction Teams.

• Estimate costs and materials
• Operate CADD and other computer software systems
• Prepare production and other reports
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

• Corrective maintenance of shrink-wrapping machines, conveyor belts.
• Supervises designated staff
• To coordinate work assignments, evaluating employee performance.
• Operates steam, hot water heating boilers, expansible fluid and air conditioning systems
• Application of the preventive maintenance plan for machines and mechanisms
• Maintenance of water pumps, fans, three-stage air compressors.

• Repair of jet pumps and pistons (Kobe type), for oil extraction
• Overhaul and repair of heavy equipment
