- Conducts daily classes in various phases of swimming, diving, and other aquatic activities to diverse age groups of students.
- Administers different swimming strokes to beginners as well as advance Students.
- Conducts Special Class to overweight students.
- Conducts Personal Training to all Military Officers and Soldiers as requested.
- Conducts Water Circuit Training Program to High School Students and Military Personnel.
- Coaching swimming teams or other aquatic sporting groups.
- Able to organize leagues and competitions as well as beginners programs.
- Directing communication and contact with swimmers and club members.
- Assist the manager preparing the schedule of activities for the whole year.
- Properly administers first aid and CPR as needed.
- Conducts routine pool equipment safety inspections.
- Supervises, operates and coordinates activities of Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and chilled pool that includes mechanical aspects of pumps and filtration system.
- Monitor water treatment of the swimming pool to meet its standard at all times.
- Writing reports of accidents and incidents.
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service and satisfaction.
- Performing other duties associated with the Army drills and exercises.
- Essential duties require the following physical skills and work environment: sufficient strength and coordination to rescue submerged victims and remove from water.
- Observe military standards and procedures governing the work place.
- Handle all member complaints, written & verbal follow-up with Operations Manager documenting the outcome.
- Perform other duties/task to be assigned.

- Patrols public beach area to monitor activities of swimmers and prevent illegal conduct: Observes activities in assigned area on foot in vehicle, or from tower or headquarters building with binoculars to detect hazardous conditions, such as swimmers in distress, disturbances, or safety infractions.
- Examines injured individuals, administers first aid and monitors vital signs, utilizing training, antiseptics, bandages, and instruments.
- Administers artificial respiration, utilizing cardiopulmonary or mouth-to-mouth methods, or provides oxygen to revive persons.
- Compiles emergency and medical treatment report forms and maintains daily information on whether and beach conditions.
- Occasionally operates switchboard or two-way radio system to maintain contact and coordinate activities between emergency units.
