Implements HSE Management System for project assigned.
Implementation and development of Quality Management System as specific based on all international standard and best practices for Integrated Management System (OSHA, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2000 (IMS) and local regulation.
Promote a world class QHSE service across the organization, setting the very highest standards.
Prepare and provide IMS Manual, HSE Plan, Company Policy, Rules and Regulations, Data and Documentations, Emergency Preparedness Plan and other legal requirements needed.
Ensure compliance by all parties with HSE requirements and regulations and all relevant
legislation and statutory requirements including all Local Laws, Code of Practice, Best Practice, Rules and Regulations of UAE.
Develop new HSE procedures whenever required and update the existing HSE procedures.
Performs Safety Walkthrough Audit and Internal Audit, and Site Inspection.
Provide Technical Education and Communication administrative directives to all employees regarding Health, Safety, Security and Environment aspects.
Finding rapid solution to problem encountered, effective Corrective Action and Preventing Measures to avoid re-occurrence of an accident/incident.
Provide all the help required for various departments to carry out investigations and formal reporting of accidents and incidents in relevant time and places with preventing measures and avoiding re-occurrences.
Initiate and provide all the support in developing improvement programs to ensure that Environmental monitoring system impact are controlled and minimized.
Promote safe working condition and environment and adequately protecting all employees present in site including visitors from accident and other health hazards.
Ensuring the necessary actions are taken to maintain current and future quality accreditations and supporting documentation
Develop and maintain controls and documentation procedures
Establish good communications and working relationships with site leadership and customers, taking a key role with the latter.
Communicate different kinds of culture, effective interpersonal skills and interaction.

Provide Technical Education and Communication administrative directives to all workers in site and safety personnel regarding Health, Safety, Security and Environment aspects.

• Attend progress meeting to keep update on the current and future plans for the project and to advice the project management on problems concerning accident prevention.

• Identify appropriate medical practices to treat worker and employee, required medical treatment and its assistance.
• Analyze and assess Safety Program for any potential hazard, loss prevention before work started through other means of Communication.

• Conduct Internal Safety Audit and identify comments reported to the Project Manager for immediate remedial action.
• Implementing and improving Standard Requirements on Environmental Management System based on the Methodology known as Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA).
• Promote safe working condition and environment and adequately protecting all workers present in site including visitors from accident and other health hazards.
• Provides information and training to workforce such like: Construction Safety Awareness, Heat Stress Management, Supervisors and Managers Safety Responsibilities, Accident Prevention, Working on Height, Lifting Procedure, Permit to Work System, Driving Safely, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Evacuation Procedure, etc. as per requirements.
