Provide Administrative, operational and Secretarial support to Project Manager / Projects’ Director and Project Team.
Performs work coordination with his own department colleagues as well as with other departments.
Documentation/logging of project records (HR and General Administration) of hard and soft copies and all other administrative works as per the nature of office.
More aware about organizing meeting (internal and external), diary management, travel arrangements and filing records, engineering drawings, and other technical and commercial documents, confidentiality agreements, material specifications Punch list preparation, preparation of operation manual and other related works.
