1. To represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealing with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
2. To prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives.
3. To review contracts documents and administer all issues related to the project in conjunction with Manager for Projects in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
4. To manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame.
5. To liaise with HSE / and or Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of projects safety and or quality manuals to ensure Company Health, Safety & Environment standards are meet.
6. To ensure timely payments are received from the customer in accordance to contract conditions.
7. To identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to project requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the project.
8. To participate in the pricing of tenders and technical documentations for upcoming projects as required.
9. To lead project team to ensure time frames and customers satisfactions are met.
10. To identify and scope any additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contract to enhance the project deliverables, customer satisfaction and improve Company revenue.
1. Participates in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for major construction projects; provides conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates, and may coordinate the production of basic design plans and construction documents.
2. Develops and administers project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; performs project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
3. Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitors and coordinates work performed by mechanical, cathodic protection engineering, and construction firms, as well as institutional, state, and local entities.
4. Reviews and interprets proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function and/or institutional standard, and initiates revisions where appropriate; advises consultants and clients as to how best to achieve required results.
5. Ensures that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and with university, state, and federal policies and regulations.
6. Establishes performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client and institutional requirements are being met; prepares project specifications, and coordinates procurement, as appropriate.
7. Authorizes the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders, and approves contractor invoices for payment.
8. Directs work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing institutional operations.
9. Inspects, approves, and accepts completed projects for the institution, ensuring conformance with institutional standards, building and life safety codes, and architectural/engineering specifications.
10. Represents the institution in business with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations.
11. Researches and prepares various reports pertaining to operations, equipment, policies, procedures, and/or other issues, as appropriate.

As a Cathodic Protection and Corrosion Control Engineer, it is a responsibility to protect the structure on all type of corrosive influence to tanks, pipes and equipments. The project is a multi-billion dollars cost whose prime objective is to drill oil and gas in the country of Chad and to be delivered to the country of Cameroon that will served as the oil depot. Using the impressed current system for the internal of the tanks and the grid system installation for the underground of the tanks to attained a 25 years life cycle of the tanks. On the case of the pipes, a cad weld thermo weld application is used for the installation of test stations to be controlled under the deep anode ground bed being connected to the underground piping. The installations of the corrosion coupons were done to monitor corrosion rates. All manifolds and gathering stations were also protected cathodically. The total pipe length as the main trunk line is 1027 km with a number of branch lines and gas lines to support the turbine operation. A typical power plant and oil wells were constructed. Water injection plants were also installed at some places.
Coordinate with the other servicing Department in the implementations of the different programs as approved by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in the different discipline of engineering. It is also my duty and a responsibility to monitor the class room management of all the professors to maintained the highest quality of learning process. Highest Degree Awardee. As per school grading system, the highest if 1.0 equivalent to 100%, my general average was 1.17 which is equivalent to 97%. It is all about the Masteral in the field of Business Administration. The Thesis titled: Total Project Management for Zayed City Development Project, wherein I was the Project Manager from MUSANADA from complete infrastructure up to complete residential units and the related facilities. In this project, the concept in regards to the PMP-Project Manager Professional as stipulated by the PMI-USA was implemented accordingly. Selected as the Vice-President of the school council.
