a. Responsible for the complete Electrical System Design of Villas and Residential Buildings.
b. Supervise the electrical engineers/draftsman in performing electrical design proper and produce shop drawings.
c. Monitor the production of the electrical design team (engineers and draftsman)
d. Coordinate with other discipline in the design team for related works and revisions.
e. Represent the department in coordination and technical meetings as required.
f. Coordinate with SEC (Planning and Network Division) to get the approval of Proposed LV Cable route, Coincident Demand Load Calculations and voltage drop calculation of MOH projects based on the latest SEC- Distribution Planning Standard.
g. Lead in the recruitment and selection of Electrical manpower staff.
