Providing Construction Project Management Services for the initial stages of The Red Sea Development Project. Projects involved:
- The Red Sea Development Workers Construction Village South.
- The Red Sea Development MV Office.
As PMC ensuring that the contractor follows the best procedures focusing in Project Controls Management:
- Aligning projects with portfolio/organization goals and objectives.
- Collaborating on initial project schedules in Primavera P6 to ensure they are realistic.
- Developing a Risk Management plan and following up.
- Collecting Change Orders and Variations and analyzing their impacts in Cost and Time.
- Collecting EOTs and analyzing their impact on the Base Line and Budget of the projects.
- Project budgeting, forecasting and monitoring project costs.
- Delivering intelligence and updates on change management and recommend corrective actions.
- Optimizing project strategies to enable better outcomes in the future.
The Red Sea Project, situated on the coastline of the KSA, will be a luxury destination to drive tourism to the region. It will span over 90 islands and many miles of desert with an expected completion by 2030.
Managing the construction in site and the companies involved in the design,
engineering, procurement and execution of the MEP facilities in the English
Caribbean hotels: Supporting finishing and commissioning Royalton Antigua,
upgrade the new Royalton Grenada, and Planet Hollywood in St Maarten.
Managing the Engineering Department and engineering companies involved in the
design of the project. Shanghai Electric Power Construction Co., a subsidiary of the
Powerchina construction group, is in charge of the construction along Talesun, which
does the Management of the project as well as it is the provider of the panels.
Project includes Earth Moving, Perimeter Fence, Structure and trackers, Panels
Installation, Electrical Civil works, Electrical Installations LV & MV, Controls
System, CCTV and Security.
Contractor: TCI-Gecomp. Engineering: Studio Tecnico BFP.
Consultant: Enertis. Final Client: Cauchari Solar.
Budget: US $410 million.
Managing SENER team (around 12 engineers between Front and Back Office) to get
approvals of the materials presented by QDVC in the MAFs.
Coordination with the Client, Qatar Rail, to establish policy and rules for the material
approvals. Directly reviewing part of MEP materials: Electrical, HVAC, Control
systems and Security.
Project: Lusail Light Railway Transit System (LRT).
Designer & Main Contractor: QDVC (JV Qatari Diar - Vinci) 60% & Alstom 40%
Budget: $2.72 bn
Stablish and maintain positive client relationships. Design, develop and deliver
automation and control projects, plans and budget offers to clients in collaboration
