Duties:- Operate and maintain Plant Facilities like Boiler, Air Compressor and Water Treatment Unit.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of above said facilities and also some Production Machines.

•Almajdouie & De Rijke Limited Co. is one of the leading Logistics and Supply Chain Solution providing services to the petro-chemical industry in the Gulf Region. As we work for Almajdouie & De Rijke Limited Co., we were assigned to one of their client, the SADARA CHEMICAL COMPANY PACKAGING AREA.
Duties:
•Conducts daily monitoring of Production Machines.
•Troubleshoot and repair production machines during breakdowns to minimize production downtime and production loss. This machines includes Bagging Machines, Palletizer/Bag Stacker, Profile Height Scanner, Stretch Hood Machine, Telescopic Chute, Belt Throwers, Flat Belt Conveyors, Roller Belt Conveyors, Roller Conveyors, Chain Conveyors, Printers, Printer & Label Applicator.
•Conduct scheduled Predictive and Preventive Maintenance of machines.
•Overhaul and repair of Gear Box and Hydraulic Gear Pump.
•Overhaul and repair of Pneumatic Cylinders such as Piston Type and Rodless Cylinders.
•Attend to any work assigned by the immediate superior.

Duties:
•Conducts Troubleshooting and Repair of productions machines during breakdowns aiming to minimize downtime and production loss. This machines includes Paddle Mixer, Plodder/Screw Mixer, Drum Roller Mixer, Soap Mould Machine, Wrapping Machine, Filling Machine, Conveyors, Pumps, Hydraulic Lift, Steam Vacuum System, Oil Separator, Pneumatic Butterfly Valve, and Printers.
•Overhaul and repair of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Cylinders, Directional Valve, Pneumatic Hoist, Gear Box and Pumps; such as Centrifugal Pumps, Slurry Vane Pump, Lobe Pump, Gear Pump and Multi-stage Centrifugal Pump.
•Conducts Preventive Maintenance during Plant shutdown.
•For the last few months from this company, I was assigned to operate and maintain the De-ionized Water Treatment Facility and at the same time as a Genset operator.
