• Manages and directs all Project Engineers and Supervisors related functions and activities associated with the project works.
• Liaison, interface and coordination within the Project team involved in the construction of the project to ensure timely performance and delivery
• Close liaison and coordination of Personnel to ensure effective performance of works against program.
• Advising and assisting the Project Engineers with the procurement and build-ability of packages, and managing the subsequent performance of contractors.
• Review & Tracking of Method Statements
• Liaising with the Project Engineers and the Project Team on matters related to effective future planning, and monitoring of site progress against target programs.
• Manage and monitoring of Engineers’ performance on Safety and Environmental Issue
• Manage and monitoring corrective measures in connection with all Safety and Quality Management policies established for the project.
• Managing the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques which have a positive impact on the cost and time of project execution.
Regular Student and Satisfactory completed the 5 year-degree and after graduation took the Licensure Examinaion for Civil Engineer and passed immediately the said examination and employed to the government for nine(9) months then transfer to private company up to present and currently a Project Manager.
