• Identify construction approaches and risks to ensure efficiency and mitigate exposure.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, durations, and sequencing logic.
• Oversee the activities and performance of workers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling requirements.
• Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Position: CAD Operator
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans.
• Perform the preparation of civil construction documents and drawings.
• Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
• Explain drawings to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review customer technical specification and determine inspection and test requirements and applicable codes and standards.
• Cooperatively prepare the Process Control List (PCL) with Operations Department, indicates inspection/hold points requirement for inspection.
• Perform fabrication drawing review prior to conducting inspection and test to determine acceptance criteria and allowable tolerances.
• Conduct in-process inspection and verify specific requirements for inspection in accordance with contract specification and inspection procedure standard.
• Support and conduct NDE activities such as RT, UT, MT, PT and VT in accordance with the applicable NDE procedures, standards and work instructions as applicable.
• Interpret / evaluate RT Films exposed based on the acceptance criteria of the applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare NDE activities checklist and monitor status of NDE accomplishments.
• Prepare Inspection and NDE reports.
• Responsible for filing and maintaining NDE related documents and records.
• Issues nonconformance report for product that did not meet the requirements of the contract specification and drawings.
