Coordinated planned and emergency plant shutdowns, Isolation of the unit and start-up processes, maintaining minimal production losses and unexpected start-up delays.
Proposed and implemented process modifications to enhance production and troubleshoot process bottle-necks as they were identified.

Compliance with HSA standards and procedures, and instill a culture of high HSA awareness to the team.
Executed security measures in plant as: Work-Permits, LOTO, Plant walk-downs, HAZOP, PSSR, What if? MOC’s and Good housekeeping, when required.

Preparing process units and equipment for routine maintenance and assist in the maintenance and repair of process equipment.
Using logic and reasoning to identify and executing improvement opportunities and action plans to keep efficient operations and total reliability of the plant.

Prepares work plans for the day to day activities and undertake different assignments in different plants when needed.
