Review and approval of Material Submittals.

•Ensure that quotations will be finished ahead the submission date to have enough time for double checking the Bill of Materials and the Pricing.
•Processing of technical drawings for the submittal to the customer for approval.
•Processing of the approved panels for production.
•Coordinate with the procurement department on the availability of all the required materials of the panels for production.
•Update with the design and production with regards to the latest revised SLD/Load schedules.
•Updates the customer on the status of the panels, coordinate with the customer any changes from the approved that will be incorporated in the required panels.
•Coordinate with the customer on the schedule of factory testing and delivery of the panels.
•Attend coordination meeting together with the contractor and consultant on the technical clarifications of the panels.
Computation of electrical loads using the Built-up Area/ Gross Floor Area method for design purposes \[Arabian Canal, The World & Malta Projects\].
•Calculation of electrical loads using the basic computations for design purposes \[DMC Project\].
•Sizing the Cables for Main and Feeder Loads and calculation of Voltage drop.
•Sizing of Circuit Breakers, Fuses, Feeder Pillars, Sub-Main & Main Distribution Boards.
•Calculation of Electrical Loads for the Transformer / Sub-Station Loadings including 132/11kV Sub-Stations.
•Estimates the Bill of Quantities for the Electrical Works.
•Ensure that the Drafting on the Schedule of Loads and Single line diagrams will be completed before the scheduled date of tender to have enough time for checking.
•Checking of Single Line diagrams if as per the schedule of loads with regards to the Size of Transformer, Ratings and Quantity of Main & Feeder Circuit breakers and size & quantity of cables.
•Preparations of Electrical Drawings and Supporting documents for the application of Sub-station size and Building NOC to DEWA.
•Preparations of Electrical Drawings and Supporting documents for the application of LV & HV Design NOC to DEWA.
Checking and Approval of Electrical works at site if as per the submitted Request for Inspection \[RFI\] by the Contractor.
•Ensuring that Project Specifications, Shop Drawings and Approve Materials were followed in site.
•Filling of all the RFI’s and Drawing Transmittal for reference.
•Approval of Materials and Equipments submittal for Electrical works.
•To manage the various contractors in executing the job as per the work priorities and
schedules and coordinate with them for any problems encountered during the
construction period.
•Inspection of all Infrastructures work relating to Stormwater drainage network, Sewerage Network, Potable water network, Fire Fighting network, Irrigation network, Landscaping network and Electrical network if approved shop drawings and materials is followed.
•Aware the Contractor from time to time regarding the completion date of the project and pushing them to complete the job on time.
•Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the specifications, shop drawings and approved materials.
•Oversees the work quality performance of various contractors and periodically remind them to make proper documentation adherence to the Inspection and Test Plan \[ITP\].
•Oversees the proper storage and safekeeping of materials to prevent damage from direct
sunlight and any other critical conditions.
•Monitor Daily progress report at site and submit weekly and monthly reports.
•Creates punch list for outstanding works and submit report to the Construction manager.
Costing of low voltage power distribution boards, controls and Medium Voltage Equipment such as Panel boards, Switchboard, Motor Control Center, Control Panel, Bus Ducts, Sub-Stations, Transformers (Low & Medium Voltage) as per customers’ Single Line diagrams, Bill of Quantities and specifications & other related jobs using MIS JEDAC Software windows base program & Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Coordinate with the Sales Engineer and the Customer if some missing details from the documents submitted by the customer to complete their required panels & equipments.
•Ensure that quotations will be finished ahead the submission date to have enough time for double checking the Bill of Materials and the Pricing.
•Interpretation of customers documents to provide their required Panels and Equipments.
All the panels were suitable for Res’l., Ind’l. Comm’l., Power Plants and Oil & Gas used.
To be directly in-charge on the design and estimation of the bill of materials/quantities for Residential/Commercial/Industrial and Hospital projects.
•To be directly in-charge in the supervision of Electrical works including manpower distribution, checking on craftsmanship and following time schedule.

•To be directly in-charge on the cleanliness of the site, proper storage/arrangements of materials &equipments in order to have a clean and orderly surroundings.
•To be directly in charge on the supervision of all workers including sub-contractors to practice safety engineering.
•Conduct safety orientations/guidelines to new workers before they can start their work.
